Bertempat di SK Taman Dusun Nyior Seremban, Mesyuarat Pertama Exco MGB Negeri Sembilan telah diadakan dengan dihadiri oleh 17 jawatankuasa yang berkesempatan. Antara agenda utama yang dibincangkan adalah berkenaan penyertaan MGB Negeri Sembilan ke Konvensyen Majlis Guru Besar Kebangsaan di Kota Kinabalu pada 23 hingga 26 Jun ini.
Mesyuarat telah menetapkan seramai 26 dari kalangan Exco telah terpilih untuk menyertai Konvensyen selama 4 hari ini. Semua peserta yang terpilih telah diingatkan agar menyediakan perbelanjaan tambang penerbangan dan sewaan hotel memandangkan tiada pekej yang dibenarkan oleh pihak Jabatan Pelajaran. Namun mengikut keterangan Tuan Haji Kamarolzaman, beliau akan cuba mendapatkan tiket penerbangan dari pihak Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri Sembilan.
Dalam mensyuarat ini juga telah ditetapkan bahawa Mesyuarat Agong Majlis Guru Besar Negeri Sembilan akan diadakan pada 3 Jun 2013, iaitu selepas selesai Konvensyen Kebangsaan. Tempat menyuarat juga telah ditetapkan di Royal Bintang, Seremban.
